You can use the regular "Swinger Sewing Machine" oil as after run oil for nitro engines.

Just put in about 2-3 drops and pull start a couple of times so that the oil can lubricate the complete piston and the chamber.

For air filter, you can use medical grade castor oil which you can purchase from any medical store.

only use WD-40 as after run oil and use caster oil as air filter oil only.

Avoid WD-40 as after run oil. Only Traxxas recommends it. I use after run which is almost same as singer oil. It smells same. The same stuff is available with most local rc shops at a higher price. I got mine from Modelart, but all LHS have them.

IMHO,use after run oil only in case if you don't plan using your car for more than a week, otherwise there is no need for it.
WD-40 is recommended by traxxas but some folks say it might damage your rubber seals, honestly it will take wd40 long enough to damage your engine,by that time engine would have died some other ways.
I have been using WD40 for over 2 yeas now,on multiple engines, just dont flood the engine,a appropriate amount would be ok.

If you plan to use WD-40 as after run oil, then a 50% burst for about 1 second would be more then enough.

This will help you use enough amount of WD-40 and not flood the engine as traxxec1 mantioned.

Got this info from some international RC forum, do not remember which forum from though.
