Does anybody stock klotz synthetic oil in India?

Or else is there other synthetic oil available in India for Klotz replacement?

Mobil Glygoyle Series should be freely available. Its a polyalkylene glycol lube. However if your really looking for a high performance lube to lower the oil content in your fuel then mobil jet oil 2 is your solution its a Polyolester (POE group V).

Mobile jet oil 2 is a bit tricky. Mobil Glygoyle can be bought in chennai at affiance enterprises http://www.indiamart.com/affianceenterprises/products.html#mobil-glygoyle-series-air-compressor-oils

I'm sure there are similar dealers in your state. Mobil Glygoyle is a PAG compressor lubricant (try a AirCon mechanic) there are similar lubes from other manufacturers as well just make sure the viscosity is  right for your application ( viscosity of Koltz KL198 75 cST @40C, Koltz KL200 is 200 cST @40C)  and its "polyalkylene glycol".

Come across thread in RC Group @ Motul Micro100% synthetic lubricant specially formulated for 2 stroke engine model vehicles:(model cars, boats, planes, etc...).
Entirely miscible with nitromethane, methanol, ether...

MOTUL MICRO can be mixed with methanol, nitromethane or etheraccording to the following proportions
(15 to 20% depending on the use and manufacturer'srecommendations) :

whats the max rpm of your truck engine?

I have heard that KL 200 doesn't work over 13k rpm Motul micro has similar viscosity. you need something KL198 which will be Mobil Glygoyle 68

I do not think motul micro is available here.

there your engine exceeds the 20k rpm limit for glow engine 13k limit for gas engines of Kl200. So you need a lower viscosity oil, something close or lower than the KL198

1600 is an obscene price, even after paying the shipping from US. You can buy Ready to use Nitro fuel from Tornado at lower price at RC SkyHobby, Rotor etc.
There is a chemical manufacture  in Chennai, many people here in Bangalore are using his  Synth Lube
