Anwar have you tried rapicon ?

anwar

Nope, but that is being used by others at the main field now.  They had good things to say about it.

:hatsoff:...we are getting trex700 tomorrow in Mangalore, we are blessed to get 99% methanol from local supplier,  :help:help us...what exactly should me the lubrication mix(caster oil), 15%, 20%, 25%...?
:thumbsup:Meanwhile, we do a 18% lubrication mix for all our airplanes (mostly OS & ASP engines from .46 to 26ccOS-FX200)

Will you be using nitro methane as well ? Basically when I am making fuel for heli this is the proportion I use in 1 liter ( 1000ml)...
10% - klotz Synthetic oil
10% - castor oil
20% - nitromethane and the remaing
60% - methanol.

Try this out

What more could we add (no nitro) to get a stable burn!
10% castor Oil
10% Synthetic
80% Methanol

??? anything thing else that could increase the IDLE at least... :hatsoff:

Are you trying to run a heli engine with no nitro?

traxxrc1

Anyone tried using tornado heli/plane fuel for cars..?
I'll be back.

flying truck

I used tornado flight 1. oh wait you wanna know if i've used it in a car? no i havent.

traxxrc1

Actually i am on a project of a twin 8.2cc engine truck, totaling to 16.4cc. That will drink fuel very very fast so was seeking for a cheaping alternative to the 550 rupee/L car fuel.
I'll be back.

Your making your own engine using two stock engines and a custom crankcase? I don't see any reason why a tornado plane fuels wont work. The higher lube is needed when running lower nitro anyway.

traxxrc1

I am two separate engines on two separate mounts, connected to a common gear.
I have heard some people saying that car engines don't start on self blend or plane fuel so kinda worried .
I'll be back.
