Mike brought in another of his scratch built planes, a bipe built from a Brian Taylor plan.  Built over the 8 years from 1993 to 2001  {:)}

It was flown from 2001 until 2003 and then was not flown for the last six years, until last week.

Beautiful... if that word can describe it all !  The stupid cell phone camera could not do justice to it at all.

It is just plain boring dusty desert !  8-)

In fact many heli fliers bring in a mat (one creative guy brought in a big white-board) as a landing/take-off pad, so that the amount of dust whipped up and getting inside the model is minimized :(

We do have a good proper field, but it is a bit too far.

Well that is a semi scale Gloster Gladiator, nice one speaks a ton about the builder
If you are really into scale you should be here. www.rcscalebuilder.com

What a beauty.. (:|~ (:|~ (:|~
This is how a scratch build should look like. Love the detailing.

I have nothing to do with it, except being fortunate enough to be able to admire its beauty in person and appreciate (or salute) the efforts of Mike who built it :)

And I do wish that you have the patience and drive to build one like that :)
