this was a plan some thing close to the sky fury..... got a lot of inspiration from pardeep's sky fury .25 size...
again looks like the same plan and wood. but got it locally laser cut using the same DWG plan.
actually still thinking on where to put these.... to use a .25nitro or a electric.... As of now going with nitro...
some build pics.....
edit : deleted the fuse pic by mistake..... will get it tomo...
laser cut in Belgaum itself!! gr8
yep found a place....!!
Vish.. nice development.. :hatsoff:
nice one vishh..... got it right!!!!!
i have tt.10 size engine. is't suit to fit in this plane?
i have a feeling that .25 will be small for this.... if i want to hower...!
planning to get one of these schemes on.....!
suggestions please...!
ok its called madness... this plane was designed by cplr french pattern champion... you may name it wat ever but please add cplr to it.. i will ask pradeep to do the same... a lil respect n credit to cplr please... u will be surprised to know that reactor by great planes is improvisation on the same plane..
sky fury is the same plane scaled down to from 60size to 25size... the plan was in raw form.. Ujjwal bhai had done the snap fits structure n redesigning to make it easier to build... i gave the plan to pradeep and looking at your the laser cut parts i can say its the same plan... a lil advise... do not mount your servos at the rear slot u 'll make the plane really tail heavy... i ll post the some built pics of the 60Size model..
here it is...
here it is...
fuse
i knew it had some resemblance to reactor and madness ....did not know they a re the same modified...
and yes it the same plan.. got from pradeep.
still thinking on the servos... position and size....!
addiction is totally different.. its a hybrid of a pattern fuse n 3d wing... . basically large control surfaces all round with symetrical wing... dont put engins on this... go for electric.. a good low kv motor with low pitch prop.. something like 10x4 11x4.. plane is not to be flown fast.. and get ur harriers and hoverz correct on sim.. before flying this... otherwise u ll get biten by the plane..
i am flying this plane soon. Vish, second one is a better choice,
shadman..... thanks for the advice.... still thinking on it...!
gusty sir..... i thought the same .... would look damn good...
i would deff go for the second one..;) :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
todays update....!
nice vish!!!!!!good going {:)} {:)} {:)}
some updates...
looks like i got the wing a bit wrong.... will correct it tomo.. ... or is it correct...?? :headscratch:
on public demand ..the colour scheme will be the second one....
hunted for 2 hrs to the film.
@ AEROVISHWA where to get this type of film locally????????????
book store or decoration shop....
will be stunning in second sheme.. (:|~ {:)}
yes in deed roopesh sir....
some updates...
could not get the perfect fluorescent yellow.. but got a near shade
also after the covering is done on both wing sides i realize i have not put the servo in....a also the wing tip is a bit screwed up....will get it done form the expert Mr. Abhay Saraff
Aerovishwa, what this is film is called locally...Is is heat shrink type or you simply glue it. Very fine craft... :)
this is called gelatin paper... but not the original... this is same as that( in looks) .. but plastic...
u need to glue the edges with "FEVIBOND" and iron it on, so that u get a seale edge.. complete the same gluing at trailing edge,center span and leading edge..... once that is done blowing heatgun will skrinkout the wrinkles...
now the main problem is that once it cools down the wrinkles appear again.... so u have go for the HOT ICE/ heat ice method to get a tight fit.....
but beware that u dont let the wing ( whatever u are covering) loose else it will shrink so hard it will break off the entire structure.. :banghead: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:
seems like it is called cello-pane sheet....
BTW some more updates....
some stretching and finishing still pending...
keep doing
cellofane seems like common name. the plastics sheets used in covering books and notebooks.

still some decals to be done.. before that some streaching.. . then will be ready.. just waiting for the landing gear...
NOTE: the engine gave it a perfect balance and needs no dead weight... ( landings gears still to be installed)
very nice vishwa.....:) {:)} {:)} {:)} {:)} {:)} {:)} {:)} {:)} will upload some pics of mine and gusty's model tooooooo:) :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

watch out for this space!!
great going {:)} {:)} {:)} {:)}
some how managed to screw up with color scheme as paint does not stick on the cellopane sheet..neither does vinyl.,...!! so getting frustrated ended up with this...!
just waiting for the landing gears and the canopy ... will be ready for madein
good scheme, could have done without the white blotch, different color cellophine on top and bottom, and color strips separately like in most ARF
nice work vish!!!!!!:)
