I had earlier built this in Corro, with an Electric Motor.

Unfortunately, when the model was only about 10-`12 flights old, I landed off the runway, near the road, and some passer-by picked it up

Two rainy weekends in a row, no flying, so decided to build it again, with an ASP 25 Nitro Engine for power

Thanks Manoj

I really have lousy luck with the Akromaster

A comfortable and perfect maiden today

Second sortie

A few minutes later I lost all radio communication with the model  :banghead:

Came nose down  >:( >:( >:(

sanjayrai55

Found one of the antenna wires on the Rx was loose

A real shame, it flew beautifully; very nimble maneuverable and quick. Did a few rolls and they were sharp and crisp

Model is a write-off

sanjayrai55

The guilty antenna

fantastic take-off !

It is a shame to lose such a beauty  :banghead:

sanjayrai55

Yes, it is. My fault actually, missed checking the Rx thoroughly. Just took it for granted I guess

rai sir....as far as I Understand....the 2 antenna wire are for redundancy & range...I don't knw what exactly happened....

but it sad to see such a beauty go down due to a transmission glitch    :(

Wire must have loosened during assembly. In the air it lost the electrical contact
