If the model you are refering to is the Thunder Tiger - MK3Its an excellent model.... quite an easy build... very tough model ... gr8 for beginers ... can resist crashes.....you should be able to acquire the same for approx Rs. 5000 model only...
I would suggest buying the model only and not the kit with engine and servo / transmitter etc..... as the combo items are not that gr8 in quality ....

A good combo for this model for a beginer would be :
An OS .46 engine .....
A futaba 6EX TX
Futaba 3003 or 3001 servo's

You might also want to consider another great model for beginers - The seagull boomerang
Since I see you are from Noida ... have a look at the below links

I have thunder tiger ready 40,  ;D....this is really a kool and stable plane. I crashed it from ..200 feet nose down many times...but eveythime...its again READY...to fly with same stability. It name is really suits its nature it always Ready.
The only challenge is its wing screw. I lost it after few initial crashes....now using rubber bands to hold wing.

My combination is MK3 ARF, Os Max AX .46, spektrum 6Dxi

crashed my Ready at 1500 hrs today.

Total writeoff - engine/servos/rcvr

the pilot escaped unhurt - largely because
he was on the ground about 300' away

must be wind, forecast was poor vis, winds gusting to 20 kts or more a few CB activities were seen near your flying field as well.

PS
it is like the golf shot.
