@Rajesh: instead of giant rc  plane go for 25cc grass cutter model. there is detail build log of 8 Ft Wingspan Coroplast RC Pipe in instructables.com its built form coro amd 3mm ply.  :hatsoff:

I dont think we have open sky policy, definitely it can attract local police's attentions, but if succeeded nothing like it.  {:)}

You can make a plane and fly it but the question is why.
If you want to start in aeromodelling and if you havent build anything before, go for something small.
Smaller the better for everything.

Think of a small cox engine and a 2 foot glider, you can even transport in bike, flies with a can of fuel for hours, post crash report wont be that aweful, accident chances and its aftermaths will be atleast smaller comparitively, you still have the sound and thrill of an engine. moreover you do not need exotic maths, science and etc to build one, most spares would be available in india, no need for expensive radio and high voltage servos and lot more...... you can test that in your backyard with no neighbour issues.
well you have a cox engine in ebay.in for less than 4k.

Rajesh. It looks like a power tiller engine.. which is around 600cc-700cc.. what size of plane are you planning to build ?? :headscratch:
i think with this engine you can make an 4 seater plane  :salute: .. Planning to start an intercity air travel ?? Khurdha to Bhubaneswar ?? :giggle: :giggle:

@rajesh14305
Need to be clear about your objective.
Do you want to be:
1. A model airplane flyer, or
2. The next Burt Rutan

Best of luck either way.
If i had that engine, i'd be happy to build a buggy.
