my horizontal tail assembly is broken, is there anyone who has this and can provide me ?

Which brand ?  I think many vendors make Yaks (of profile and non profile types), so more information/pictures would help. It would be surprising if someone had the exact thing, but is sure a good idea to check here.

If you have the broken one, you may be better off making one yourself with balsa and some monokote.

Make it yourself from balsa should not be difficult , when you fly balsa models you have  do be ready to do repairs yourself, use the original as a template and rebuild it . If you don't have Monokote  cover it using car window shading film it is very strong and gives a perfect finish .
