Please look at RCDuniya.com, an aggregator site that lists dozens of suppliers and hundreds of products.
For fuel you may have to go to aeromodellingtutor.in (Delhi), and to banggood for igniter (as locals seem out of stock).
Check oil percentage in fuel.
Everyone in our group uses 80% methanol, 20% castor oil. For trainers and sports flying.
I like 75%/25% initially, then 80/20 with 1-2% nitro.

How to learn to fly safely is a different subject.
Can be tackled after you get all the needed stuff like RC, Fuel and glow igniter.
And find a place to fly.
And an instructor

Sorry not able to advise as my last nitro car was over 25 years ago!
None of the local Indore flyers have come with a car/truck in the last 3-4 years.
