The Hk401 is compatible with both analog and digital servos while the GA250 is compatible only with digital servos.
HK401 is a pizo based gyro and GA250 is MEMS based.

Please correct me if i am wrong :)

Hk401 costs more than ga250 ...
Which one its superior?

I thought hk401 is Better for hk600 than ga250

Are you seriously building a HK 600? I got tired upgrading parts on the 500CMT.

A 600 can be a dangerous machine. I am not saying the above gyros wont handle it. But better be safe. Both are decent Gyros for a 450 and upto an extent 500. But for a 600, I would opt for a decent one. Considering the amount of $$$ that goes into shipping and building these. Not to forget the power these beasts have. A decent tail servo and gyro should be a priority.  Just my 2 cents.  :)
