Nice video... :-) I try low headspeeds at times.. It is fun...heli seems slow in its actions...relaxing and stress free flights..although one needs to do a better collective management..but then small stick inputs do not make your heli behave like a mad wasp on drugs(which sometimes is fun not good for beginners though)..i feel that it can be a little easier to learn..not to mention sweet whop whop sound of blades..in electrics this sounds even better..longer flight times is another advantage..needless to say it puts less stress on mechanics too..i was reading it somewhere that a lot of energy is simply wasted at higher headspeeds...people tend to run high head speeds though they might just be hovering most of the times..hard 3d demands some high head speeds but smooth slow 3d is a class in itself which many people tend to like..lowest headspeed that i have tried on my TDR is around 1400 rpm..i am planning to go further down for experimentation..
