Clutch, engine and start shaft alignment on Raptor 50 Titan

Guys,
Last week, while flying my Raptor, i noticed that the clutch seemed to be a little jammed, ie when i applied the starter, the main blades would also turn. Though i was able to start the engine, i did not fly that day and came home.

Upon inspecting, i observed bits of the liner within the canopy. I took out the engine, and the clutch bell. The liner had indeed gone ! . I replaced the liner with a new one, but then when i put in the clutch shoe, it was a tight fit, and there was no clearance between the arms of the clutch and the liner.

It meant that the shoe also had to be replaced. Ok i replaced the shoe, and put the engine back.      Now  though everything seemed OK, i noticed that the starter shaft had a very very slight friction when i rotated in the opposite direction.. I tried to loosen the engine bolts and align it properly, but somehow couldnt really remove that little bit of "feel" in the start shaft bearing.

Any ideas on what this could be ? Also, i noted that after i start the engine, the start shaft keeps spinning. It does not stop, unless i touch it with my finger. I did lubricate the one way bearing inside the clutch..

Not sure on how to properly fix this, and if this is something to be worried about ?

Usually this will stop after a little while, as the liner gets pushed inside a little while running at higher rpms.
