The climate in New Delhi is changing from summer to winter. During this time of the year there is zero or no wind at dusk- The perfect setting to fly your toy infra red heli outdoors even though infra red helis are not meant for outdoor use. In my experience with my Syma s107g, outdoor flight on an infra red toy heli is possible and can be good if you follow the following tips-

1. Of course no direct sunlight and zero wind conditions. Best time would be dusk or at night.

2. Keep the infra red remote pointed towards the heli at all times when flying outdoors. This is important. If you  don't, the infra red control will loose signal.

3. Fly the heli near and around you with the remote pointing towards the heli at all times. If you take it too far away, your signal will loose contact- even if you keep the remote pointed towards your heli. No high altitude.

4.The moment you feel the heli is drifting away due to a sudden gust of wind-lower or cut the throttle immediately.

5. Don't get frantic with your infra red heli outdoors. It will not give you a wild experience like the v911 or any 2.4 ghz outdoor heli. Try to keep the outdoor flight simple with simple movements.

Happy outdoor flying on your infra red toy heli.
