oh wow glad to see ur reply... i have a 6 EX ,7C & 8FG Super...  i have read the manual of 8FG n made the Tx setup accordingly but there has been a problem i am facing ... the blades start spinning from 50% throttle before that there's no movement at all... would u recommend me to use the 7C so that u can guide me in a more better way ?

Hi Sameer,
8FG is a very gud radio, go to advance menu by pressing mode button after you enter in menu (model, DR/Expo, rev etc) scroll to Throttle curve n set your throttle curve 0, 25, 50, 75, 100. After having some experience you come to know, how to play with these numbers, this is a basic Th. curve in normal mode.....BTW i m using Futaba 10CHG, mode 1 with thumbs

After some time you r going to fly your heli like this.......enjoy

THe FG series menus are different from the C series menus.  I believe throttle curve is in the MODEL menu ("MDL" on the dialer on the 8FG).  You will see THR CURVE there, and that is most likely the one to tune.

After setting a proper throttle curve, you will want to watch out for something known as "HOVER THROTTLE TRIM" (and similarly HOVER PITCH TRIM).  These functions may be activated inadvertently, and will cause your hover pitch curves to change without you explicitly changing it.   These functions are used to adjust the pitch and throttle needed for hovering by changing two knobs/dials on the top front of the radio.  While setting up either of these curves, the knobs may be in one position, and after some time, if you had turned turned one of these knobs, your curve will now be different.  One of the first things I always do during heli setup of Futaba radios is to turn OFF these HOVER THROTTLE and HOVER PITCH settings.  On the 8FG, it can be done from the same menu as THR CURVE and PIT CURVE.

Also, use the SERVO MONITOR option (part of LINKAGE menu) to see if your throttle settings are correct (as per the curve you have setup).
