RC Helicopter battery change

Hi everybody,
I have purchased a RC helicopter ten days back. Earlier it was flying well, but now it is not able to lift-off despite rotors being rotating. I think battery is not holding enough charge. Can anyone tell;  is this problem because of battery? If yes, where can I replace its battery in Bangalore?

Please share more specs of the heli like brand channel battery type etc. As it will be helpful in a seeing the question. Also the problem can be related to stripped main gears. So be specific as much as possible.
