Unless im wrong you will not be able to find a 4 foot long heli with LCD on the TX for Rs.3000 :)

you can get it anywhere in delhi market lot of chinese model are there , do not forget to bargain

500 size heli's are about 86cm....
and surely u cant get one under rs3000...
u need 3000 just for the kit itself... ;)
