That's a wierd sound coming when you throttle up.   :headscratch:

Would suggest the following.
1) Check for sufficient heli battery voltage.
2) Swap the ESC onto a different setup and test.
3) Check for the ESC timing.
4) Contact the person from whom you bought this heli.
5) Do more googling ... :)

Wish I could have been of more help.

Shubham..at first please check and make sure all motor to ESC connections are in good state.. make sure the connection from battery to ESC also good state.. please check the battery pack for a load test, as just connecting a good moderately heavy motor, (brushed), or with a scooter head light bulb, to the battery.. if the motor or bulb goes off, please try with another battery.. if these things are clear, please check all switches related to power circuits.. make sure the ESC is not heating up.. just check for any motor jamming.. check motor and primary gear smooth play.. reset ESC once as to factory default.. if still persistes, please try with an other motor, for making sure.. if the motor is burnt, or partially short, you can make it clear.. simply..

do not panic.. just remove the ESC from base.. and check the wires to motor from ESC for any breakage, loose solder, loose connectors.. make sure the capacitor of the ESC is sound.. check for any loose solder over the resistor if have.. then remove motor.. check any abrassions in wires passing to the motor case.. make sure insulation of motor wires are ok.. check for any breakage of wires, if multiple strand, make sure all wires are in harmony.. check the motor bearing.. for smooth running.. check for any loose magnets, of foreign particle between stator and rotor..

Hi,

You need to re-calibrate your ESC with the Throttle stick on Transmitter, by going into setup mode of the ESC.

Hi Roopesh,

How do you check if the capacitator on the ESC is fine or not??

@ Roopesh sir
i checked the esc , no issue with it
the main problem is with motor , the motor is getting heated

the capacitor on the ESC can check in more than one way.. easiest way is, remove one lead from ESC..( better is cutting the lead from half, as the soldering can damage the SMD board..), and check it with multimeter in Ohms or Diode test range.. second one is the mode by testing it with Capacitance in meter range.. but most real and effective mode that i found is with a 12 Volts battery with meter probs.. it will charge and discharge at load, and if the capacitor is deffective, it may heated up, or never respond.. in some cases a protector resistor may slips off from soldering from its place, by vibrations.. as here the ESC is OK, please check the motor.. for internal shortage, and burnt windings.. it is very easy to repair a motor..

loose connection, especially in feed back line.. burnt winding.. wrong timing.. loose magnets..
