guys, does anyone here any any experience on the Rave 450?.. planning to get one and have heard good reviews and have done a bit of homework on the other forums but wanted to check if anyone here has a first hand experience on the Rave and most important is the cost of spares?... if yes let me know the set up you are flying on?..

Haven't seen one locally, and the reason seems to be as follows.  Most people want one 450 class heli (for backyard flying), and it is an Align 450 or a TT MiniTitan.  Even those are getting replaced with the HobbyKing ones now.  Most people do not want to invest in anything more/else, due to parts availability, cost etc, and when/if they have the money, they almost always get a bigger heli.

Anything from Curtis Youngblood cannot be wrong, is pretty much the rule !  I know people who are waiting for the "Total-G" all-in-one unit to come out !

i thougth the total G is already in the market at around usd 380?.... or maybe am wrong... am one of the guys waiting for this too ... plug in the rx and fly... simple and small...

not great news... the rave got stuck in the customs here (made a mistake of shipping the package with lipos and esc and motor in one pod).. should have split them up...  ... now am trying to ship this from barhain to dubai or elsewhere where i know someone who can split the package and send it back to me.. not a good day for me...
