haha yes i like the flow of your status lol......what u need to do is this download the manual make sure all the three linkage rods from servo to swash  are of the exactly same measurement as mentioned in the manual  use a normal ruler or caliper whatever you have once that is done ....put your throttle stick in the middle and center all servos make sure they are exactly 90 degree eyeball them lol no tool required use subtrims ...just to make sure look at the swash plate from front of the heli and check if there is any tilt in left or right mostly u wont get it if u do that means either ur servo is not 90 or ur linkage length is not right ...then look at the swash plate from side and see if its flat no tilt in front or back if its looks good ur good to go ...even if u use a swash leveling tool ull still need trims i do it the rough way and it works awesomely  ...once u have done this correctly u never need to look at the swash plate for leveling ....there is also the zip tie trick but i do the above  and the swash is damn level u dont ever need to check again ......rest is just ur blade angle alignment

I personally prefer the zip tie method,

Tie a zip tie on the main shaft and move it around to make sure it touches all 3 points of the swash at center stick.
