Hi all,

Am a beginner in rc heli flying or setting up. i was given a Mini Titan by a friend he actually went out of the hobby because the heli kept crashing and he got fed up and taken up cars.

I was the fortunate one to get it, managed to fix it with the crash kit which i purchased from a thunder tiger dealer from singapore, unfortunately the transmitter which came with the heli was not working properly.(Hitec Laser 4)

I replaced it with a new Futaba 6 Exp.

Now the problem starts, when i tried programming everything went bad. i seem to have messed up the whole lot. now i dont know what to do.

Can anyone help me reset the heli from scratch.

I managed to erase the program in the TX it is now the factory default setting.

1 - Now the problem is Elev is moving but only two of the servos at a time. i read that all three should move according to the manual when i move the stick forward the front two should move down and the third one at the back should move up. BUT IT IS NOT only one of the servos in front and the rear one moves.

2 - The motor does not turn when i give throttle.

3 - One consolation atleast all the servo connections are correct according to the manual.

Problems listed are just few of them, i dont know what else will crop when w correct these.

Can anyone please help me resolve this issue.

I am kind of a dud when it comes to reading and understanding so if someone can call me and help me out step by step i would be grateful.

I recide in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. my number is 9677192170

Hey,

I hope you can learn watching a video, go through the videos from RCBazaar and this should help you understand the basics then you can also check out other youtube videos on settingup the Heli

http://www.youtube.com/user/RcBazaar

Currently you need to play with servo reversing and swash mixing to correct the movement of the servos also make sure that you have selected 3 servo or 120 degree swash setup on your transmitter. I am not a Futaba fan so I am not sure of the menu names in 6X

Remember that the Mini-Titan setup is somewhat different than normal 3 servo e-CCPM helis, if you decide to use the TG6100M unit that usually comes with it for doing the servo mixes.

See these threads.  They are somewhat log, but reading them will give you lots of *useful* information.
