as i am a newbie i was in need of foam .... suggested in the forum by seniors i had sent a pm to " foamybuilder "

and he replied the very next day ..had a discussion on the Quantity and shipping ....

payment made on Monday and have received foam on Thursday
=3 days ........

foam is also in good condition due to all that packing .....

just hoped that DTDC courier would have cost just 150 rather than what we USED .... again all fine ..
