if yes can it charge lipo and nimh batteries.

Wattmeter is sold long back. It does not charge batteries.

If i will take that Combo pack then how would i have to proceed to get it ?
How many days I will get it after registeration ?
Can any benifite more you can provide me with that combo pack ?
One battery will Enough for whole project ? FOr charger, what should i do for to charge that batterry ?
