Hot glue weighs a ton . And if you put it in the tail end you will need to add more nose weight and thereby increase overall weight.

The only place you can use hot glue in a chuckglider is for nose weight!

See these 9" span identical models.
The rear one is 7 gms, the front one 3.5 gms.

A few drops of hot glue is enough to kill such models.

I understand. I was afraid about breaking the model.
I will remove the hot glue.
