Please do explain to me how this vehicle is amphibious? going on top of rain puddles that are a few cm in depth doesnt make it amphibious.

Amphibious vehicles have the capability to run on land and water(like a boat with wheels). The need to be buoyant enough to keep the whole chassis afloat and a propulsion system for traversing both the mediums(land and water). And even though you propulsion system will suffice for both this vehicle is a
Fan Powered/propelled car. If you add a foam boat outer body thats hydrodynamic and balanced and buoyant enough to keep the whole car afloat in water thats deep(2-4 feet deep atleast) while the overhead tilt able propeller powers the whole setup, then you can call it a amphibious vehicle. :)

Nice build though looks good. {:)}

I wasn't able to record the video where it was actually moving on water :) .The moment it comes in contact with water , the foam amazingly supports the body weight and thanks to the prop-based movement , land or water , it keeps going :) So finally  Its does go both ways , thus the apt name . And yea i know when a vehicle is called Amphibious . Hope that is cleared :)

And my next step is to make is air capable ... lets see now :D
