Another recent model free flight this time

18" wing span , rubber powered . balsa, esaki tissue and dope

You guys should try this sometime - very therapeutic - lowers
blood pressure and cholesterol

i built the guillows piper cub 95, it was in the air for a full half minute!!

Cute!!! I once built a rubber powered model (one of the Mercury ones from IHC) with half a prop! The other half was a piece of wire with lots of solder, acted as a counter-balance.

Fairly large model, I think. It was somewhere in the late '60s

quickfix dissolved in duco thinners

say one tube in 250 ml

OK. I use diluted clear lacquer. OK types, not very good.

yes - mine is not dope strictly speaking - but its an acceptable substitute.

Free Flight

Very well Built. What I like about your build is a hand carved prop. I never got that right, but looks like you havae donea  great job. Now Trimming is the othet half of the fun. Are you planning a DT install with wing pop off ? Here is  a photo of my old build done recently for sharing.
