Just finished this.
Traditional balsa frame covered with
Japanese tissue and powered with TAN 2 rubber
Propeller is carved balsa

AUW 38 gms

I gave this model a shot around 25 Plus years back with silver wood but turned to be too heavy and never took off.

Pls post vids of this. Would be great to see this fly

What is the dia/pitch ratio ? 1 or .8 ?
I have made a prop with the ratio as 3 for experiment, (45 O at tip) by mistake with packing wood.
But the most problem seemed to me sanding pine(?) wood, resin damaged my 4 diamond files by filling and I have to use sand paper to finish it.

And will start rubber models in April.

Some of my prop and very light foamy built with thermocol as rib and Carrybag as covering with fevicol thinned with water as adhesive.

What type of rubber did u use for this plane? The plane looks great.. ;D
