its my first rubber band powered airplane glider
fully homemade + prop
only using bamboo stick and paper
for prop old plastic bottle

Doesn't it have a vertical stabilizer?

It has a Vertical Stab but no Horizontal tail plane.

what i'm asking is it a part of the design or has he forgotten it?

I know that it does not have a Horizontal tail
and without that it Fly good I just want to see that if i do not make tail then how does it fly ( it fly good )
but its a  rubber band powered airplane so not a long flight only for 5 - 20 sec

it not fly so far becz of rubberband is not much rewind
