  Anybody helps to find product to build a RC train.

You need two receiver listen at same time. one in vehicle for speed up and braking and another for track change. You may use servo tester for track changing as Tx.
You may also use track potential (segnmented track) adjust for speed.

All this not Radio, but remote with cord. As the vehicle bound withen track and you dont want to use track for power transfer, transfer signal to ESC of motor with IR LED and receiver module.

I have drafted a cheap servo tester and tries to putting here for all. That may be used as servo positioner of track for each line changer (Point).

So, positive in 1kPot, of which, one 1k Resistance goes to one base and one 18K goes to another base. Both capacitor will be 290nF = 270+22k. For fine adjustment, I request to replace  fixed 1k base resistance with {(820)+(330 || 1K Pot)} that may vary from 820 - 1068 and fixed 18K with {(12K)+(8k2 || 33k Pot)}. This will compensate 292K while fine max/min range adjustment on an Osciloscope.

The last circuit shows that 7805 serves the Power to astable multivibrator and 7806 power to servo power. you may replace 7806 with adjustable LM317 to check the servo performance at different voltage BEC out.

Though two stage buffer shown from direct positive rail, it should be from +6 Volt (or Adjustable). The RL1 and RL2 also fixed 1K but it may be below upto 100 ohm.

You may use 2 nos 4017 IC for 9 Nos servo+Motor control. Only motor channel data must be transmitted to Loco with IR Tx (LED) and Rx module.
