  On searching for the suitable material for my paraglider i came across this link from e-bay
   i want to know weather this will work for the paraglider project

Try buying a car weather cover from an auto accessories store and use it. That should work out much cheaper / more convenient once you consider postage etc. If you are lucky, sometimes a shop may be happy to get rid of a damaged piece at a throwaway price.
