I guess the 1 minute challenge was a mistake on my part.

I think that some of the responders on this thread, who clearly have the skill, may have backed off due to the word 'Challenge '

Perhaps a 'One minute fly off' would have been a better topic.

I made the model but i was not able to do gliding test of that due to bad weather here.
Removed wing tips as suggested.
but still its sinking fast.

Break the centre joint and increase dihedral. (Say 15degrees each side)

Iyer Sir,

Your 1 minute challenge is quite interesting and i too would have taken part but due to work relocation could not.

I have built quite a no of chuck gliders and from experience can say that a white wing paper plane or a Zing wing folding glider can be best option. Although balsa can also do but will need lot of experience with sanding the wings to perfect aerofoil for shape for max glide.

I have seen white wings paper plane and the Zing wing do maximum glide with catapult ofcourse.
