I was reading some where that these actually shoot pellets like shells and they have firing sound effects and recoiling effect as well. There is  an IR targeting type as well where 5 IR Hits to a tank cripples it from that game  as the receiver shuts down , every hit the tank actually shudders etc . They try to create a war like scenerio .

There are  games played  among tank enthusiasts of shooting down each other  like this :



The more I read it looks to be a fun kind of thing ..

Why not try out the same in RC airplanes... Yes, I mean combat flying. But without the smoke and fire.. Also, no disabling the RX if you are shot.
