The kite alone weighs 350 gms.....all up weight is expected to be 800 --900 gms

Motor : sunny Sky 2212 1400 KV with 8/4 or a 9/4 prop
ESC: 40 AMP
2 x 9gm servos
battery : 1300mah /1500 mah 3 cell lipo

hope its enough to get it airborne....

Body n control surfaces done

All taped up.. motor mount & servo installed

So the motor is fixed...
Frame weight ...416 gms without battery

All up weight should be 550 gms

My son wanted to compare it with our TV.....lol

Maiden tomorrow or on Sunday.

So the maiden was successful...here are some clips.

@ jonboy20. & mehul anand .......I couldn't make a build log as such.....   I was totally engrossed in completing the model...forgot to take the pics....

just found this large kite in the local market....

built it using some 8 mm HD foam for horizontal & vertical stabilizers.

checked the CG carefully.....and there she flew like a bird.....

Specifications seems to be amazing. But the weight could have been a little less with a slimmer design. Reminds me of the movie Surgical Strike.
