Title: A big hexacopter problem

where would the problem be in a completed hexacopter setup where motors are rotating with little speed(0.25rpm), and rugging itself like its blocked..

i'm not kidding...this is literally happening with me

When the motor is damaged or when the esc is damaged.

I second Prateek. Swap the ESCs and/or the motors and boil down to the problem. If you need help then you're welcome to drop by sometime! :)

the problem was with the esc's , well they're probably not faulty,
firmware error? what all can that result in?

Try to Re-calibrate your Esc One by One.

So maybe it can solve the problem.
