Arun. I can try and explain but you will have to bear with my rudimentary drawing techniques. I might be incorrect but aligning the brushes as shown increases their life. Smaller motors mostly have the thin wires making up the brushes like shown in the picture. In the attached pic, the arrows show the direction the commutator should revolve, so there is no carbon to shape itself as per the motor revolution. Does not mean that the motor cannot revolve in the other direction;it surely can. I've also seen some brushes having a circular kink at the point where the commutator contacts meet the brushes. Probably that is to facilitate motion on both sides.

If the movement was in the opposite direction to as shown, tension being higher closer to the fulcrum on the brush, the slot on the commutator would experience more traction moving inwards causing higher wear and slightly lesser rpms.

sir, am somehow not able to order the quad on the website, whenever I click on 'add this to my cart' an error message pops up, stating "we don't have 5 of DIY V939 Quadcopter kit, please select 4 or less"...although am ordering just one kit

I am very sorry guys but today while i was making a how to video i realized that motors sent by my supplier is incorrect Due very silly mistake by the supplier i wont be able to send the kit from Monday. i am very sorry for this but i cannot send you a incorrect kit cos the motors that i have will not work with the prop set that i have. I will get the correct motors in like 4-5 days of time. And i will ship them from next Monday (3rd of June)

Satyagupta, As you are yet to import some more CL (Coreless) motors, would you purchase some extra motor and prop for paper planes and spare ? And if similar cheap rx+esc available in combination with linear/coil & magnet servo combo ? Hobbyking have similar but not so cheap. Price for similar board are reducing day by day. So, I ask you this. Similar RTF available for plane @3998/- at RCBazaar. So, you can get the similar from same supplier.

And for motor, CW and CCW does affect for their build in magnetic neutral axis shifting for armature reaction and hence, full load torque and life of brass commutator due to increased sparking. I have burnt already one CL motor brass and later replaced with thin wire.

Kalyan sir you can go for the v911 heli spare board for esc and 2 servo combination under 6gm
And binds with turnigy and fly sky...

@Kalyan sir, i can get the CL motors and the V911 board as suggested by arun but as i am dont have any knowledge about planes i would be only seller for you. I would talk with Arun and get the board. As motors and battery i already have them.

I just suggested the v911 as an alternative.. I used it successfully.. And i think its enough for a 3-4 ch micro plane...
And I searched a lot for a compatible one within budget but unable to find one.. But sure there may be...

And kalyan sir did you gone through this?
I always open this in a tab for a try but fails due to lack of electronics knowledge...This is the cheapest and lightest rx for flysky, turnig
