Sundaram sir i dont think you can able to use that Tx..   :(

Arun had no luck with the hobbyking micro heli tx hence went ahead with the purchase of Fly Sky FS-T6 from Satya. I am glad I did not go ahead with the purchase of Fly Sky CT6B. Unlike a Turnigy 9X this one though 6 Channel, the features of programing are very nice and very very user friendly. it has nice features for Heli setup too with different swash setup, pitch curve and throttle curve.

A very nice 2.4 Ghz radio with cool, easy to use features.

sundaram sir expecting a masterpiece quad from you soon(using the v939 board).. :)

hey razzer, check the usual suspects... wrong prop rotation, wrong soldering to wrong points, rotation direction of motors, angle of motors, and position and angle of fc board... checking these usually solves the problem...

hope it helps!

Any suggestions arun?...

Shivela, i used heatshrink on the motor and then attached it to the frame using cotton thread and CA. Its very light yet resilient. Cheers!

A very quick update:

I have received 720 motors which i mentioned earlier which are more powerfull than the current 716 motors but are bit costly. I will test them out and will try to share video, will not start selling without testing.

Also have got a new controller board other than V939, there was a product Mini Parrot Drone which i found to be very very stable. I have managed to get the controller/receiver of the same.
:headscratch: I was wondering why in RCG thread they did not mentioned about this controller as it is more stable than V939, then i got to know that it was bit pricey than V939 which was not make it possible to be in the $18 target. I have got them to test, will put them on sale too. But first i will test and update the results

Satya bhai, all the pieces seems to fit in place now, specially after shiv's awsome idea........all we need now is a decent motor mount and we're done.

On a different note, wot's the cost of the new FC you were talkingg about?

Cheers

For motor mount you can use medical cloth bandage and once u have the right angles, add super glue as it will seep through and stiffen up the entire bandage and make it solid .

arun.sreelakam

But sticking the motors directly using bandage and heat shrink will be a good idea but a crash will ruin the motor.. using a separate mount and install the motor inside that will save that motor...

Yesterday i made 2 mid size quad with the new set of motors 720

You can see the attached image.

One of the quad is 250mm and another is 300 mm. Both lifted of at 20%-30% of throttle but i am not able to get stable flight :banghead: :banghead:

i found following reasons:

1. Motors were not at right angle.
2. Receiver was not flat.
3. Due to vibration, quad used to either flip of move to one direction.

If you guys want i can put a video of unstable flight video :giggle:
