Mini quadcopter with arduino

Hi team,
after playing around with different frames for the satya's mini quad kit, I have chosen to stay with 15cm frame and seems to be more stable with 720 motor.
Over all weight is 35grms and frame is  made up of CF and cable holder as motor mount.

I am freezing this structure and start working with the below list of goals.

A arduino based Tx and Rx with 6DOF to replace v939.
