Hello everyone,
My initial problem of GPS fix is resolved thanx to Chintal sir for replacing the faulty GPS module.

My current setup
4 X Turnigy D2836/8 1100Kv motors
30Amp Afro simonk ESC
3300Mah nano tech Battery
Flysky TH9x radio

APM 2.6 +Compass +Gps
Radio telemetry
Power module

The problem i'm facing now is My quadcopter flips in left direction during lift...
possible fault may be NO ESC calibration, improper motor rotation or Improper propeller direction

I figured out my Motor spin and prop direction is correct hence concluding the problem may be of ESC Calibration.
Gone through there official site for ESC calibration and followed the steps But im not getting proper Calibration.
Tried individual esc calibration, now APM wont arm up to resolve this i disabled my pre arm check, next agaon apm wont arm up. then i forcefully armed the APM using Mission Planner and as result motor started spinning but after sometime motor 2and3 stops spinning and motor 1 throttle increases automatically.
if using prop i try to arm via Mission planner and try to lift my quadcopter flips in left side.. :(

Please any1 has solution.?

ESC Calibration...

Go in the mission planner and calibrate following first
1. Radio
2. Accelerometer
3. Compass
4. GPS

Then try to arm your apm

For ESC Calibration, first calibrate esc one by one then all together

Try to disable any mix which might be set earlier and set it to Acro mode (not Heli) on your Tx.

Dear Friend ,

First you need to calibrate all the Esc's properly.
Now connect your machine with your system , using mission planner start the wizard process all over again :
1. select the frame type.
2. calibrate accel ( please see the video on how to calibrate accel people often make mistakes there )
3. radio calibration is must and very imp. do it properly.
4. Compass calibration ( reference video for the calibration )
5. last check the status and try to arm when connect to the system you will get the system status at the end of the configuration wizard process.

Hope this will  help ...

Ok!
I have used a wizard tool available on mission planner which step by step proceeds and calibrates all the essential components..
I followed the step as they mentioned...

The difference I noticed was without any need of disabling pre arm check I was able to arm the quad but when throttling it up
Previously it was flipping in left direction and now backwards...
After flipping mission planner flashes
CRASH: DISARMING.!!!

Please check the flight mode. You start with stabilize mode first.

Yes, Stabilize and althold are best for first tests, also if the flip has turned direction please check for trims, i had accidentally set trim on my Tx (it has those digital trims) and my APM quad would flip over. It can also be ESC calibration, do all your ESC's 'sing' together (i.e emit tones almost synchronously) on power up? do all motors start at same time? If not ESC calibration is definitely the culprit.  I know you are not new into this so forgive me if the above advice seems to be noobish  :)

Also some i know would try to throttle up and arm immediately after ESC calibration resulting in flips, please turn power off after ESC calib and turn on before arming.

Alright
Now you flow the esc calibration chart , sometimes the esc goes into NiMH mode.
listen to the beeps carefully and make sure your esc and motors are singing the right tone at the same time :)
Please mount the controller properly and solid.
Make sure your Propellers and motors are balanced because if they aren't quad will flip and dance.
Try again everything ....

There is no NIMH mode in this ESC http://hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__39708__afro_esc_30amp_multi_rotor_motor_speed_controller_simonk_firmware_.html

I have calibrated the esc number of times and by both method individual each esc calibration or all in one calibration but always the quad flips..

Sir, even im lifting the quad on stabilize mode only..

chintal

buddy please try and come over at my place will do the debugging and get that bird flying.....

Yo.!! Flying done..; no flips and crash perfect flying without any drift but seems to have little vibration and oscillations ... I guess that will be fixed with the help of auto tuning option..
Will upload the video soon
Now problem I'm facing:
1. Bad compass health so cannot arm motors
2. Bad gps
3. In loiter mode it flys in small circle of dia 0.5 m
4 return launch seems abrupt...
5. After I switch from flight mode to different flight modes the ail and ele sticks gets reversed automatically.?  :headscratch:
The modes get completely change when coming back to stabilise it is again back to normal... ???
Is mixing the problem.??

I thought the motor layout of kk board and apm is same but it was different.. Corrected the layout and it was in air.. :)
Thank you everyone for ur support
