Which is the best battery for 250 size with 1806 2300 Kv motors with 12A emax simon series ESC?
Suggested max was 1300 11.1V 3s

1000~1500 mah is the best for a mini quad

You can go upto 1800mah
Use a high C rating(35-65C) battery for more punch
I using a 65C battery don't go over 1300 mah as it wil be heavier!

Can I go for 1500mA 3s 20C battery?

Nope! don't use a 20c battery
Those motors are rated at 8A so total current a full throttle would be 32A but your battery can supply only 30A...you'll end up getting a nice puffy battery...
Use a battery with c rating >30

you can't just take the exact values given in the table as it might happen that its a bad bearing or some kind of unforeseen problem which causes more amperage draw!
