my new bcg 2.2 gimbal is making fast angles while i first time i connected it. please help me im new in this.

Have you mounted the camera? before powering on the gimbal? a video showing the problem might help.

no i didnt attach camera before....

First attach the camera, of the same type as mentioned on the product details page. If you dont know as seller about it camera which is suitable to use with your gimbal

Then power on the gimbal

i have sj4000 wifi .........now im going to attach it....but please tell me one thing that is it necessary to operate gimbal with software, update or anything before it.

No you dont need software to operate the gimbal. from where have you purhcase this gimbal contact the seller.

I am helping cos i have similar gimbal in my store too.

the steps

1. attach the SJ4000 (if it support this gimabl)
2. Add the sensor either the top or bottom of camera.
3. Power on the gimbal
