Hello,i am new beginner..so i want build above price 4500/- under..can you give some parts of quadcopter size in 250..

You cannot make a quad with that budget(4500)
You will need to increase your budget

yyeah darshan is right .. in 4500 u will only get motors and esc bro after that u want FRAME which will cost you around 1.5k to 3.3k , Flight controller cc3d will be good for beginners that will cost you 1.3k, pdb - 250rs, couple of battries - 3k ,props - 500rs and many other essential things like - connectors, heatshrink tubes, cable ties or tape, ANd a Transmitter with receiver 4k (6 channel)after grabing these items you can build a 250mm. :hatsoff:
