Title: buy mini quad from banggood or not?

i am planning on buying eachine h8 mini headless quad from banggood and have them shipped to me in india. will the custom officials create problems when it is shipped here? should i order it as a gift to prevent such an incident? please advise asap guys. :)

not many of them have the mini quads which will fit my budget..
