I am trying to build a quadcopter and the budget is stingy, i was hoping to use gear motors of 1000rpm instead of brushless motor which are costly, will I be able to use them?
I dont think they can generate enough thrust with respect to its weight...
I have tried using a normal 12v brushed motor with mannual gearbox with a 1047 prop..
Not more than 300-400gm thrust with 3s lipo.. :(
whole system weighs 57gms also.. :(

The budget been less than 10000,I am having trouble getting parts ???
1. Finding the cheapest 6ch rc
2. motors,esc and battery.
3 Control circuit.
If u have any links or if somebody has a 2nd hand rc i'll definitely check it out
I think the budget 10k is good.. for a basic one...
1. 6ch Remote control is costing approx 4k in all the Rc shops.
2. brushless motors around 3.5k
3. ESC around 3.5k
4. Flight control circuit 2.5 -3k
5. lipo battery with charger 4 k
