But these motors are of the worst quality
How does it matted? Stability? Payload?

I think, u need a 20 amp ESC for micro motor not 6-10 amp
and yes u can use these motor for quad but not a big quad bec these are micro brushless motor
But i will suggest u this one

for a good thrust but u need 25 amp ESC for this one
not 20amp esc because
