i believe i did the claiberation, how to arm the thing? after self check it goes on blinking fast red

Rahulvyas

check what mode you are on, A, or failsafe or what. Red blinking also means battery is low below the point set in the alarm.

A flashing red light is a very simple problem caused by Tx. Don't worry.
Please get all your trims/sub-trims/ATV to neutral. Or simply reset your tx to factory setting. You are done.
If you still have problem,
Call us after connecting your quad to computer. It would take 2-3 minutes.

All the best & happy landings.

You can trust the radio so much until your first crash with it.

Roby its because the x3 port of the naza is not getting correvt input..
Check the conmection..
Still not wprking then go to naza softwate and in that voltage setting shutdown the low voltage settings...
It will solve the problem.. but use a low voltage alarm instead...
Cal me if still it occurs..

thanks   {:)}

Please be mindful while creating topics in the future.  "Help me" is not really a topic name !

Having a proper topic name helps others searching for information in future. And not just on RC India, but across the world due to search engine indexing.

Apologies... After my problem gets fixed.. I'll brief it so as to help dji beginners

roby

how to arm it? what does rapid yellow blinking after completing selfcheck means? i believe i calibrated it successfully, does it means that its in attitude mode?? y then after csc is it not arming?

anwar

Have you look at the manual first ?

Typically that means it is in "failsafe" mode, which it should not be. This is the result if you did not program your flight modes (manual, att, gps-att or failsafe) correctly in your TX (using end-points/ATV or other suitable methods).

a very new way to arm dji naza v1,which was not given in manual.. just put both the left control at right bottom and right stick at left bottom, and after 5 secs, put throttle>50%.. when i did that with the traditional 4 way method it din't work,, this upgrade was not in manual...

thanks Mr. Anam from rc addict... you deserve a special rc gift :)
Though i was not his customer, he helped me like anything...a very kind gesture indeed..
looking forward to shop from you in the near future ;)

Good to know.  It would be good to post documentation links to this here, to help anything searching later on.

So how did you get out of the blinking yellow lights ?  Or did you mean to say you successfully armed it while the yellow lights were rapidly blinking ?

that yellow light signified the attitude mode :)
we can fly it till it goes red blinking which toggles voltage error..
the naza v1 manual shows four different pictures to arm the quad, which have to be performed in that sequence, but the method described above works well with 99.9% case (what he said)..
As my transmitter was calibrated successfully and gain and other features were precise,
there could be a possible shift from the traditional arming method which i tried several times with no positive results.

I loved the stability of the alttitude mode when i entered low gain values as suggested by him. Will shift in to gps soon.. videos to be followed... amazing flight performance, only rc thing born not to die

also i can't use it with gps because end point correction cannot be done with avionic rcb6i... any suggestions?
i've heard that someone uses it with gps,, Mr. Vivek Bali said... and he did some electronic manipulation in his trans.. is it possible?
