 Hi guys,

I finished calibrating my escs and tested them for synchronization to see if all the motors start at the same time when the throttle stick is moved up.Everything seemed fine and when i disconnected and reconnected my battery 3 of my escs smoked !!
My build

NTM series motors 35-30 1100kv/380w

zippy flightmax battery 3000mah 3s 40c

Turnigy AE-25 A ESCS

Crius Multiwii se 2.0 Flight controller

10X4.5 inch prop

my motors draw about 18A for the above props ...there was no short circuit of ne sort all the wiring is neatly done plus i had been testing calibrating my ESCs since a months time cant figure out wat happened to it all of a sudden

What kind of connector do you use for your batteries ?  Did the ESCs smoke as soon as you connected, or after you connected and increased throttle ?  Any chances that wires got chaffed by rubbing against any sharp edges, and short circuited ?

"Polarity".. i think wrong polarity might the culprit if you have used a wrong plug.I think anwar sir is also doubting the same//
Even i fried one of my turnigy ESC with wrong polarity.I wasn't using any plug.

Kindly post some images so that we can figure it out.
I can take off and fly well. Its landing which sucks :banghead::banghead:
