Hi
I had build a quad using HK KK2.1, park300 1380kv motor, 18A Plush ESC, F330 frame, 8047props.  I crashed it and visibly damaged an arm and a motor.

I replaced the motor and glued the arm. Now when I am testing it, I observe that one motor responds quickly when I increase throttle, while the rest three follow.

1. This is not the arm in which I replaced the motor. I am unable to figure out why is this happening.
2. I have replaced the ESC in the arm, the motor itself and even tried inter changing the port on the KK2.
3. ESC seems fine, motor is fine, And it is not even that KK2 board was giving some erroneous voltage on the #1 port.
4. I even changed the orientation of KK2 to identify some damage in the sensors, but no still the same arm runs faster.
5. I tried factory resetting the KK2, but no success.

I tuned it using guides from RcExplorer.se and HobbyKing manuals in + config. Can anyone please help me?  :banghead: :help: ??? ???

With the changed ESC the motor is responding earlier than the rest. But before I replaced the ESC, it was responding later than the the rest. I am so confused. :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Try re calibrating the esc once, all 4 at a time.

I dont have the hardware for it. I am in Dwarka, Delhi. Can anybody help me? I can pay a visit.

How do you calibrate Turnigy Plush 18A ESCs? can you provide any links?

:banghead: Oh god the pleasure of flying eludes me. (:|~ It is an endless wait first for the parts, then making it work and crashing and again ordering and waiting for the parts  :banghead:

calibrating ... connect the escs directly to the  receiver.. you will hear some beeps and then push the throttle forward.. if your motors starts then the esc has calibrated.. connect all the escs at a time and do this
this is callibrating the escs

@darshan for multirotors,
Please reconsider your post, as what you advise is not correct!

Kk I yer sir I did this to mine and it worked..
put your heart in flying and flying will never leave your heart

Himadri Roy

@Darshan: For a single esc calibration you have to push your Tx stick to full throttle and then power your Rx...then the beeps and then reduce the throttle stick to zero then beeps for confirmed calibration...

Your method as suggested by KK Iyer Sir is wrong!

@K K Iyer  Thank you for the info.  :)

@Himadri Roy Thanks a lot, worked like a charm (just one of the ESC needed calibration)  :salute:

Will try calibrating all at once some other time. This time wanted to fly first, it has been long since I flew.

@parichya.gautam Thanks for the offer, will surely get in touch if I need any help further! :)
