first of all, you will have to get a RPA license l
Is this your first- build...?
sourcing parts from India is not a (financially) feicible option , as of now , according to me.

Are you talking about remote pilot license RPA
and I've made few small size quads earlier with kk2 and NAZA M LITE
This will be certainly a level up build, if sourcing parts from India is not a feicible option then suggest any website.
