Post by: jeet8066 on May 30, 2015, 04:25:07 PM
Any one can tell me with below configuration, how much battery(mah) weight can carry my quad-copter?

1.XY500 Reptile frame x 1.
2.SunnySky 2212 980KV motors x 4.
3.SimonK 30A ESC x 4.
4.1045 Propeller x 2 pairs.

Using the same configuration, I carry a 4000 mAh battery that gives me 10-11 minutes of flight time. However, it does not fit in the battery bay so I have to put it on the top plate. You need to tell us what your current total weight is in order to decide how much more weight it can take.

With the 2450 mah you currently have, expect a flight time of 6 to 8 minutes.

Rohith, flight time calculators are not much accurate.

Flight time differs right ??
Is there any specific formula for calculating the flight time as the websites doing this are inappropriate
