Hi all, had to leave this amazing hobby due to hectic work schedule but am back with new enthusiasm.
After a long break, have again started to build my quadcopter which was left unfinished. I will require all the help needed from all fellow hobbyists on this platform.
Some of the details have been furnished as below:

* Frame was made around 8 months ago as per pic attached. 23 inch point to point distance of the boom sticks. (quadkopters.com)
* Had managed to purchase DJI 2212 motors.
* ESC 30A.
* Bought power connector as per the pic attached.

As of now would like to request you all to kindly suggest me the suitable props for these motors and am having trouble searching the motor mounts as well.

Also kindly suggest any good option about the flight controller that I will be using with this. Budget is a constraint hence reasonably priced products will be preferable.

Looking forward to your valuable suggestions.

Thanks in anticipation.

Give us more details like flight controllers and batteries that u might use. The power connector you are using is a XT-60 connector, in india the most popular connector is the deans connector so just be  careful when u buy the battery or u will have to invest XT-60 plugs too... use a quadcopter frame (f450, hiller 450) to start off with, buying all the motor mounts will be really a drag as the stocks dont last and spares are always an issue.Quad frames are always good to start off with as they are very reliable( u can get it for under ps1000_.... for the first quad, use 8-10 inch props to start off with...
i guess u will require these items:
1 flight controller
8 packets of propellers ( u can never have enough)(use plastic ones first then go on with nylon glass blende ones)
2 batteries (3s, 2500-4000mah, 20-35C to begin with)
a powerful battery charger (dont go cheap on the charger, its a life time investment in this hobby... if u don't already have one that is)
tip: be careful where u fly it :D fly responsibly :D

Bolt 210

its either FPV or nothing.

I had used APM in my build. The details are available at http://www.rcindia.org/multirotors/building-apm-2-52-quadcopter-with-st360-kit/ . So if you plan to use APM, you can take a look.

There are other FC options which might be easier for beginners as well as cheaper but I did not find APM too tough to configure.

Are these original DJI motors or clones? Anyway, take a look at the data sheet for the motors. It will give you an idea about the battery and propellers required for optimum lift.

The frame appears big. I am not an expert to comment on that but personally, I find bigger frames difficult to handle and carry. These also attract way too much attention which is kind of unwanted these days. Big frames also weigh more. Compact and powerful quads are the norm these days. DJI Phantom is only 350mm.

these days i guess apm mini pro is there, you can get the bigger but faster stm32 based pihawk and its clone pixhack

for those motors you can go with 8450 or 9450 or 1038 DJI style props. Remember regular props wont fit this motors, you have to get props with DJI hub.
Use 4S battery if using 8450 (8") props.
Use 3S battery if using 9450 or 1038 (9" or 10") props.
Battery capacity can be 2200mAh to 5000mAh

And Optimum frame size for these motors is between 330mm to 500mm Motor to motor. (Use 330mm if using 8" props)

For flight controller , there are lot of options, If you give details about your requirements and budget, can help you selecting a controller.

Dear all - Thanks for your valuable replies .

@Santanu - Even I think that my frame is way too large for a hassle free flight hence my next preference will be F450 frame.

@Sooraj – Would like to go for 1038 DJI style props with the above mentioned frame and for battery I would go with 3S 3300mAh. Since this will be my first build will stick to cheap and best option on the flight controller though am a fan of the fail safe feature. Pls suggest accordingly..

It will be of great help if you guys can share some links for the best deals online for the above mentioned products  :hatsoff:.

get a 450 size frame and use the naze32 10dof. You will get altitude hold which will help you master the flying part easily. Later on you can add components like gps for failsafe.
